I have a frame I purchased somewhere else that has broken. Can you fix it?
It depends on what has broken. The most common framing failures we see from other framers and ready-made frames are broken hangers and separated corners. If your frame is of inferior quality it is very difficult to repair due to the risk of further damage.

Do you replace broken glass in frames?
Yes, we can advise on your glass replacement options and fit the glass to your frame. We do not sell an unfitted piece of glass due to the risk of injury caused by the unprotected edges. When we replace your broken glass you can choose from a variety of glazing options including Premium Clear (standard) glass, Reflection Control (non-reflective or no-glare) glass, Conservation Clear (70% UV protection) glass and Museum (99% UV protection) glass.

Are there standard frame sizes and what are they?
Yes, there are several standard frames in metric and imperial sizes.

Do you sell clip frames?
No, we do not carry clip frames because of the risk of clips loosening, causing the glass to fall and break.
If your work is a standard size you can choose a ready made frame in our Everyday range or visit your nearest store.
Can you frame objects?
Yes, in addition to picture framing we also frame objects and memorabilia. Our qualified PFA framers have years of experience framing all sorts of objects including sporting uniforms, medals, bats and balls, flowers, musical instruments, shells, shoes and even food (although we can't guarantee against mould)!

Do you offer photo printing?
Yes, we can print and frame your photos. We do not offer passport photo printing.

Do you have any square ready-made frames?
Unfortunately we don't have any square ready-made frames but we are able to custom make them for you.

We only use high-quality products and all framing is designed and crafted by our Picture Framers Association design consultants and professional framers.

What is the cheapest frame option?
The 20 mm Italian Classic Moda frame range with 11 colours to choose from is your starting point with custom framing. We can also offer you a range of clever framing designs to suit any budget including Tailoring our Everyday Essentials frames.
Do you frame mirrors?
Yes. We custom frame mirrors up to a maximum of 1.5m with the frame selection of your choice from our extensive range of picture frames. We also carry a range of framed mirrors in store so you can purchase and hang it that day.

Frame Today - does that mean that I can get my frame done today?
We do offer a Same Day framing service, either by choosing from our Essentials range or by choosing to tailor an Everyday ready made frame. Just keep in mind that our Same Day service is on a first in basis then it flows over to the following day. We also may not be able to provide same day framing for highly complicated jobs.
